Philosophy of the Living Showroom project

05_maly.jpgLiving showroom is a unique concept, which presents possibilities of modern living. Underused and abandoned commercial space is thanks to a team of architects converted into modern one-room flat. Architects in collaboration with manufacturers of home furnishings help to revitalize the unused spaces in attractive areas of the city. Architects get a chance to work on renovation of an unusual place and they give a completely new look to it. Owner of the space will gain an additional income from short-term leases from the guests. The initiators of the project Living Showroom help ensure the marketing and supply of the guests.

For visitors, it brings inspiration for arangement of their own interior design of housing. For manufacturers of home furnishings and home accessories it is an interesting opportunity to present their products in a real apartment, where visitors can try modern living on their own.

"Personally, I assess this project as very commendable and important. Living showroom response to many urgent questions of contemporary life - how to be original, eco-friendly, efficient and economical and satisfy our own aesthetic requirements - and yet these factors did not feel as restriction and limitation. Space and resources are diminishing. Therefore not only young people will appreciate the inspiration how to better and more efficiently utilize what in practice is already available. I believe, that the chance to have everything first-hand experience and the possibility to feel the equipment by your own senses, will be highly appreciated by all."

Smart design

Project Living showroom can be implemented even to areas that may seem to many people as uninhabitable. Small one-room flat, unused attic space, warehouses – these all are the places that could provide modern and comfortable living.
Just a bit of ingenuity and experience is enough. It is necessary to thing about everything in detail, especially in a small space. Projects of Living showroom are always implemented by a team of experienced architects and engineers.

Showrooms equipment should reflect current trends in architecture. Therefore, there is a modification of the interior after every two years. Thanks to this equipment modification, the showrooms are still attractive for the public and at the same time there is a minimum of malfunctions. The individual products can be not only tried, but can be also bought.
