Living Showroom Brno Lidická is separate mini apartment for 2 persons located in the center of Brno. You can find it at Lidická Street 75 directly next to the popular park Lužánky, which offers possibility of various sports activities. It is an accomodation that will appeal not only to lovers of modern living and architecture lovers, but also to accidental tourists who want to discover Brno.

For lovers of architecture, this location is ideal for visiting the famous functionalist vila Tugendhat that is located just 1km by walking through the park Lužánky.

The main purpose of accommodation in Living Showoom is the possibility of personal experience of fully functional and smartly furnished apartment at 21m2. The view from the fifth floor is really impressive.

Accomodation Rules

1. Please before your arrival inform us when you will arrive. Keep in mind that there is no reception and no permanent service in the building. Check-in is possible between 16 and 22 hours, unless otherwise stated. 
2. The whole apartment is well adapted by its equipment so you can comfortably handle yourself. Sleep in and get your fresh breakfast out of the fridge, where it is prepared for you (if you had booked it) .
3. If you stay longer than one night, we will deliver fresh food for breakfast during the day. You can prepare hot water for morning coffee or tea in the kettle. Newly, there is an option to make an excellent coffee from Nespresso collection (for a fee).
4. For more refreshment there are soft drinks, beer and wine in the refrigerator and in the mini-bar in the kitchen cabinet. The prices are listed in the price list . You will pay it on your departure ( we accept cash only).
5. Thanks to QR codes stuck to our design equipment, you can find out interesting information about the products. Try out our audio and video system (but please respect the calm evening after 22h) .
6. We charge 100CZK for using fireplace, as a contribution for firewood and cleaning. 
7. The air conditioning can be optionally controlled by the remote control. Please, save energy and do not use the air conditioner with the open window.
8. Please, separate waste (plastic, paper, glass and rest).
9. Before you leave Living Showroom, check the roof window. It should be closed to prevent the penetration of water in case of rain.
10. Check-out  is till 10 h a.m.
